Tanya lives with bipolar disorder and has worked in the mental health sector for 18 years.

She understands the realities of navigating mental health, daily life, and the NDIS system. Through her lived experience and professional background, Tanya offers authentic guidance, encouragement, and hope to others on their recovery journey.
